At the campsite you can rent caravans and mobile houses

Caravans

At the campsite you can rent 3,4 and 5 person caravans.
All the caravans have antechambers and are connected to electricity and gas.
In every caravan there is an electric kettle, two pots, a hand broom and a shovel.
In the antechamber there is a table and chairs.
The guests have to provide themselves with things like: linen, dishes.
Depending on the size and standard of the caravans the prices are from 150 PLN to 220 PLN per night.

Mobile houses

In a mobile house there are two twin bedrooms, a bathroom (a toilet and a shower) and a living room with a kitchen annex.
The mobile house is designed for four persons.
It is connected to electricity, gas and sewage system.
In a mobile house there is a kettle, pots, dishes, cutlery ,4 pillows and 4 duvets.
YOU HAVE TO BRING YOUR OWN LINEN and SHEETS!
In the terrace in front of the mobile house there is a table and chairs.
The price is 330 per night.

Terms and conditions:

Booking:

1.To make a reservation call us from 9.00 to 20.00, from Monday to Saturday ( except holidays).
2. After making a reservation send us a reservation form within 7 days ( the address is on the bottom of the form) and transfer a deposit of 50% of the amount due to the account no. 50 1020 5558 1111 1349 50 80 0077, please put down your reservation number in the transfer
In case of not paying the deposit the reservation will be cancelled
3. On receipt of the reservation form and the deposit we will send you to your email address the booking confirmation.
4 In case of not arriving at the campsite in the booked term or resigning from the reservation within less than 30 days before booking date, the deposit will not be refunded.
5. Booked time of stay and price calculated on the booking form is binding (caravans and mobile houses).
6. In case of later arrival or earlier leaving the campsite the paid amount will not be refunded.

Accommodation

1.The person on whose name a caravan/mobile house is rented must be at least 25 years old.
2.The campsite night starts at 14.00 and ends the next day at 12.00
3.Checking in at the reception desk is from 14.00 to 22.00. After this time the guests will not be accommodated.
4.The amount for stay together with deposit of 500 must be paid just before moving in to the mobile house or caravan. The deposit will be returned on the day of leaving the campsite after checking the caravan / mobile house by an employee of the campsite.
5 In the mobile houses and caravans the number of people staying for the night must not exceed the number of places to sleep
6.The guests are forbidden to keep pets in caravans and mobile houses.
7. The guest is obliged to report leaving the mobile house/caravan to the campsite employee.In case of any damages made by the guests, the amount of covering them will be taken away from the deposit. If the amount of covering the damages exceeds the amount of deposit it will result in civil liability in the District Court of Wejherowo.
8.Regardless of the terms and conditions above, all persons renting a caravan or mobile house are obliged to follow ‘Ekolaguna Campsite Regulations’

Ecolaguna Campsite Regulations

Ekolaguna Campsite Regulations

1. The reception desk is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 20.00
2. The campsite night starts from 14.00 to 12.00 the next day.
3. From 23.00 to 7.00 the guests are obliged to respect other guests night sleep and not to disturb their night rest.
4. The entrance gate is closed from 24.00 to 7.00
5. The guest has a right to stay on the campsite and use all the services included in the price of stay.
6. The guest is obliged to follow the regulations of the campsite, keep their mobile house/ caravan / tent area clean and take care of the equipment in the mobile house/ caravan.
The guest are also obliged to respect other guests’ night rest from 23.00 to 7.00
7. After checking in the guest will receive the ADMISSION CARD. The guest is obliged to have the ADMISSION CARD with themselves during their stay on the campsite and show it if asked to.
8. The guest coming by car will receive ENTRANCE CARD, which is supposed to be placed in the left bottom corner of the wind-shield, the car park will be indicated by the campsite employee.
9. On arrival the guest is obliged to check in at the reception desk and adjust to decision on their place of stay on the campsite.
10.On the arrival the guest is obliged to pay the amount due for stay.
11 In case of paying for stay and not arriving the amount paid will not be refunded.
12 Children staying on the campsite have to be supervised by their parents or a person responsible for them. Children are allowed to use the equipment, playground and campsite services only if supervised by adults responsible for them. The campsite management do not take any responsibility on these grounds.
13 Persons visiting the guests are allowed to stay on the campsite only after reporting the visit at the reception desk. The visitors are obliged to show their ID, passport or driving license and pay fees for stay on the campsite and follow the EKOLAGUNA CAMPSITE REGULATIONS.
14. Guests using vehicles are obliged to take extra care- the speed limit on the campsite is 5 km/h
15. The guest is obliged to follow sanitary and epidemiological regulations and fire safety regulations on the campsite- it is forbidden to make bonfires.
16 The guest is allowed to keep pets on the campsite on condition of keeping the right hygiene and having the veterinary vaccination certificate. Aggressive pets have to be leashed and muzzled.
17.In case of causing damages on the campsite the guest is obliged to cover them.
18. All kind of commercial activities on the campsite without the owner’s permission are strictly forbidden.
19 Violating the regulations above and the standard companionship rules like alcohol overuse may result in expelling the guest from the campsite. Point 11 of the EKOLAGUNA CAMPSITE REGULATION will be applied.
20.The campsite management have a right to not admit to the campsite a drunk person or a person underage under no supervision of an adult person.
